  169. Shipping is via US air mail, which takes about a week to reach you.

  173. If you wish expedited courier service (UPS "RED".  1-2 days), the cost is
  174. actual charges plus $7.  This is usually around $60 for a 2 lb.(1 kg) package.

  176. Our terms on all ex-USA orders are prepaid via Credit Card (Visa,
  177. MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), or check drawn on a USA bank payable
  178. (must have 9 digit Federal Reserve routing number, in MICR font
  179. with magnetic ink on the bottom of the check) through the New
  180. York Clearinghouse (not a bank).  Please note:  Credit card
  181. payments are preferred.

  184. expiration date, the name exactly as it appears on the card,
  185. cardholder's signature, the billing address for the card, and
